Dean Hely

Non- executive Chairman

Mr Hely is the managing partner of the independent West Australian legal firm Lavan and a partner in the corporate and reconstruction group.
Mr Hely has more than 27 years’ experience working in corporate reconstruction, insolvency and commercial litigation.
Mr Hely was admitted as a partner of Lavan’s predecessor firm, Phillips Fox Perth, in 1999, deputy managing partner of that firm and then of Lavan from 2002 to 2013,
and became managing partner of Lavan in 2013. In 2016, Mr Hely and others established Quadrant Advisory, a debt advisory practice that assists clients ranging from
mid-sized companies though to ASX listed companies with their debt requirements. Dean is a board member of the not for profit organisations Rugby WA, the Australian
Institute of Management WA and Youth Focus.

MATT NIXON

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Nixon is a qualified mining engineer with more than 14 years’ experience in operational, technical and executive roles in successful underground and open pit operations across multiple commodities. He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of NSW, a Western Australian First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Nixon has previously held senior roles at numerous WA gold operations, including St Barbara Ltd.’s (ASX: SBM) Gwalia and Northern Star Ltd.’s (ASX: NST) flagship Jundee Operations, as well as previously serving as Chief Executive of Labyrinth Resources between February 2021 and June 2023 where he led LRL through a transformational period of portfolio evaluation, administrative rectification, project acquisition, Company rebranding and strategic reset.

Simon Lawson

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Mr. Lawson is a professional geoscientist with more than 15 years’ experience spanning multiple commodities and jurisdictions and was a founding team member of Northern Star Resources (ASX: NST). Currently Mr Lawson is the Managing Director of ASX-listed Gascoyne Resources (ASX: GCY), a West-Australian gold-producer, and has personally visited and reviewed the acquired Canadian gold properties.

KELLY MOORE

COMPANY SECRETARY

Ms Moore is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary and Director at Meridian Corporate Consultants, with extensive experience in senior financial and governance advisory roles. Having previously held senior roles providing corporate accounting and governance services to a wide range of entities, Ms Moore has gained a wealth of experience in the financial reporting and compliance requirements of companies, both listed and unlisted. Ms Moore previously worked in audit and assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth, which has provided her with additional experience in the preparation of financial statements and a detailed knowledge of both ASIC and ASX compliance requirements. Ms Moore holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of WA majoring in Accounting and Finance and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
