
Mr. Dean Hely
Non- executive Chairman
Mr Hely is the managing partner of the independent West Australian legal firm Lavan and a partner in the corporate and reconstruction group.
Mr Hely has more than 27 years’ experience working in corporate reconstruction, insolvency and commercial litigation.
Mr Hely was admitted as a partner of Lavan’s predecessor firm, Phillips Fox Perth, in 1999, deputy managing partner of that firm and then of Lavan from 2002 to 2013,
and became managing partner of Lavan in 2013. In 2016, Mr Hely and others established Quadrant Advisory, a debt advisory practice that assists clients ranging from
mid-sized companies though to ASX listed companies with their debt requirements. Dean is a board member of the not for profit organisations Rugby WA, the Australian
Institute of Management WA and Youth Focus.

MR MEL ASHTON
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Ashton is an Australian Chartered Accountant who has over 40 years’ experience with significant hands-on experience and leadership roles in multiple industries, including Agriculture, Banking & Finance and Mining & Exploration. He was awarded the Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ) Meritorious Service Award in August 2019. This award recognises outstanding service to the Profession and to CAANZ. Mr Ashton has consistently delivered required outcomes through his extensive and diverse career and he specialises in helping organisations achieve growth and change in accordance with agreed strategies and plans, whilst building engagement with all key stakeholders. Mr Ashton currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Quintis Sandalwood Pty Ltd, a Non-Executive Director of Aurora Labs Ltd (ASX:A3D) and Non-Executive Chairman of Venture Minerals Ltd (ASX:VMS).

MR Simon Lawson
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Mr. Lawson is a professional geoscientist with more than 15 years’ experience spanning multiple commodities and jurisdictions and was a founding team member of Northern Star Resources (ASX: NST). Currently Mr Lawson is the Managing Director of ASX-listed Gascoyne Resources (ASX: GCY), a West-Australian gold-producer, and has personally visited and reviewed the acquired Canadian gold properties.

MRS KELLY MOORE
COMPANY SECRETARY
Mrs Moore is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary and Director at Meridian Corporate Consultants, with extensive experience in senior financial and governance advisory roles. Having previously held senior roles providing corporate accounting and governance services to a wide range of entities, Mrs Moore has gained a wealth of experience in the financial reporting and compliance requirements of companies, both listed and unlisted. Mrs Moore previously worked in audit and assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth, which has provided her with additional experience in the preparation of financial statements and a detailed knowledge of both ASIC and ASX compliance requirements. Mrs Moore holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of WA majoring in Accounting and Finance and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

MR MATT NIXON
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Nixon is a qualified mining engineer with more than 12 years of experience in successful underground and open pit operations working for both mining contractor and mine owner companies across gold and other commodities. Most recently Mr Nixon worked as the Mining Manager at Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST) flagship Jundee Operations. He has also held operational and senior positions with St Barbara Ltd and Redpath Australia. Mr Nixon holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering with Honours from the University of NSW and a WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
