Dean Hely

Non- executive Chairman

Mr Hely is the managing partner of the independent West Australian legal firm Lavan and a partner in the corporate and reconstruction group.
Mr Hely has more than 27 years’ experience working in corporate reconstruction, insolvency and commercial litigation.
Mr Hely was admitted as a partner of Lavan’s predecessor firm, Phillips Fox Perth, in 1999, deputy managing partner of that firm and then of Lavan from 2002 to 2013,
and became managing partner of Lavan in 2013. In 2016, Mr Hely and others established Quadrant Advisory, a debt advisory practice that assists clients ranging from
mid-sized companies though to ASX listed companies with their debt requirements. Dean is a board member of the not for profit organisations Rugby WA, the Australian
Institute of Management WA and Youth Focus.

Simon Lawson

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Lawson is a professional geoscientist with more than 15 years’ experience spanning multiple commodities and jurisdictions and was a founding team member of Northern Star Resources (ASX: NST). Currently Mr Lawson is the Managing Director of ASX-listed Gascoyne Resources (ASX: GCY), a West-Australian gold-producer, and has personally visited and reviewed the acquired Canadian gold properties.

Kelvin Flynn

Non-Executive Director

Mr Flynn is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in investment banking and corporate advisory roles including financing, M&A, private equity and special situations investments in the mining and resources sector.  He has held various leadership positions in Australia and Asia, having previously held the position of Executive Director/Vice President with Goldman Sachs and Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal in Asia. He is the Executive Chairman of Harvis, which is a specialist private lender and corporate advisory firm in Western Australia.

Kelvin (via Harvis) advised on Wildcat’s acquisition of Tabba Tabba, is a previous ~14 year director of Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN), a 13 year director of Global Advanced Metals Pty Ltd and is currently a non-executive director of Red 5 Limited. Prior to Red 5’s recent merger with Silver Lake Resources (ASX: SLR), Kelvin had been a director of Silver Lake for 8.5 years.

Alex Hewlett

Non-Executive Director

Mr Hewlett is a qualified geologist who is highly skilled at project identification and acquisition. Previously Chairman of Spectrum Metals Limited, Mr Hewlett oversaw its growth from mid-2018 to being taken over by established goldminer Ramelius Resources Ltd in early 2020.

More recently, Mr Hewlett led the identification and acquisition of Tabba Tabba (from GAM owned by RCF) for Wildcat Resources Limited and the acquisition and development of the Mt Ida project (from Ora Banda) for Delta Lithium Limited.
